The location is outstanding, directly across from the central train station, making travel incredibly convenient. The homemade biscuits served were a delightful touch. However, the air conditioning didn’t work well, and the mattress was noticeably uncomfortable, not what I expected for a king room. Additionally, the lack of complimentary water was disappointing, as I had to pay €3.50 per bottle, which felt excessive.

Comfortable room, excellent location, with a fridge that is totally empty for guests to use which was a great idea and a very convenient spot right opposite the central train station, making it easy to explore the city.

The location is superb, just a short walk to the train station. The view from our presidential room was outstanding, making every moment spent inside memorable.

The breakfast could have offered a wider variety of options, which was a bit disappointing.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Brussels, just a short walk to the Grand Place. Our kids loved the buffet breakfast with the option to make their own waffles, which made mornings fun and delicious.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options available after 9am.

The Junior King Suite was spacious and super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. The bathroom had a rain shower and bathtub. Pampering with free toiletries and plush bathrobes. Really enjoyed the fitness center too, great for keeping up with workouts while traveling. Breakfast had a good variety, including fresh pastries and juices.

Target audience beware of hidden charges

The central train station was right across the street made travel super easy for me and my plans. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to offer me tips on local hotspots.

It wasn't a bargain but I stayed, you get what you pay for.

I spent one night here, and the location was just fantastic! Right by the train station and major sights. Breakfast was a real highlight, tons of options and super tasty. The receptionist was super nice and gave me a room upgrade. Just a bummer that the room felt a bit dated and had some wear and tear.

I recently stayed for one night in a Queen Room at a fantastic hotel that boasts an unbeatable location right across from the Brussels Central Station. The spacious and newly renovated room was clean, comfortable, and soundproof, making it a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. However, I was disappointed that no one answered the phone when I tried to reach the front desk.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast had a wide selection, and the cozy room just made me want to relax. Also, the ample gym facilities were a real plus!

It was just a suitable option for a weekend pause in Brussels with extraordinarily good value for money. One staff member really stood out and was incredibly helpful finding us the best places to visit in the area. Make sure to ask for local recommendations at the front desk.
